Before we meet in person, I could send you recommendations for properties we should see first. Or you could already have some top candidates based on your own research. While seeing listing photos on the web is great, there's nothing like touring homes in person. I can arrange any necessary appointments with other Realtors or homeowners and map a route. We could go to up to 8 or 10 homes in a single day if we work efficiently.
